ARRIVAL AT THE HAIR SALON
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment to allow ample time to check-in and relax before your treatment begins.
On late arrival your treatment time will be reduced accordingly. The full treatment price will still be charged.
CANCELATIONS / NO-SHOWS
24 hours notice is required for cancelations and rescheduling after which up to 50% of the full treatment price may be charged. If the client does not show up for appointment, the full treatment amount will be charged.
Full payment is expected on completion of the scheduled appointment. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
